The main resource book for Zen Vermont Sports is Body Mind Mastery, by Dan Millman. You do not need to have or read this book. Our philosophy is rooted in the teachings, already. If you are interested in Peaceful Warrior training, you can find a copy in almost any bookstore, or you can purchase one from Amazon on the right column.
